Nathan Payne, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, now resides in Canada. At 19, he embarked on a two-year church mission in Portland, Oregon, cultivating a strong dedication to service. This foundation of serving others carried into his entrepreneurial pursuits.
While attending BYU-Idaho, Nathan discovered his passion for business. He excelled in door-to-door sales, quickly becoming a top performer and leading multiple successful sales teams, generating thousands of accounts. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to fulfill a long-time dream: opening Skizzy's, a unique music venue and cereal bar, providing a vibrant community space.
After graduation, Nathan transitioned into real estate, embracing a "fail forward" philosophy. With no prior experience, he dove into the industry, learning through action and resilience. He also owns Investor Thrive, a coaching venture dedicated to simplifying real estate acquisition for wholesalers and investors.
